Solution and
walk-through below
[I had to make the tables representing the answers so far images in order to get this to work properly, if that is inaccessible to you for whatever reason, I'm sorry.]
The final solution is at the bottom!

1.
Clues:
- Connor has 3 pop tickets.
(Yes, these tables are screenshots from Word.)
2.
Clues:
- Connor has 3 pop tickets.
- No rows or columns contain a genre or number more than once, and Connor is adjacent to one pop listener.

8.
Clues:
Rock listeners add up to 15, and there are two of each number except for whatever Morgan’s is, so we come out with two equations.
15 = 2x + 2y + 5 and 15 = 2x + 2y + 4
If Morgan’s ticket number is 5, the values for each number are (1, 4), (2, 3), (3, 2), (4, 1), and (5, 0).
(3, 2), (2, 3), and (5, 0) can be eliminated because according to clue 8, no rock listeners have 3 tickets, and it is impossible to have 0 tickets. So if Morgan has 5 tickets, then the other rock listeners have either 1 or 4 tickets.
If Morgan’s ticket number is 4, the values for each number are (1, 4.5), (2, 3.5), (3, 2.5), (4, 1.5), and (5, 0.5).
All of these are impossible because nobody can have half a ticket, so Morgan must have 5 tickets. The fact that the other rock listeners have 1 or 4 tickets each should be kept in mind for later.

New Clues:
- No rows or columns contain a genre or number more than once and Connor is adjacent to one pop listener.
- Four of the rock listeners have names ending in a vowel (including y).
- Shawn is the only rock, metal, or EDM concert-goer with 3 tickets.
- The other rock concert-goers only have two different ticket numbers.
- Nobody going to a jazz concert bought more than 3 tickets.
- Harley and Sasha either both listen to rock or both listen to EDM.
- Anyone who has 5 tickets is going to either a metal or EDM concert, except for Morgan.
11.
Clues:
Because Devon listens to EDM, Harley does not, which, by clue 6, means that Sasha does not either. Harley and Sasha both listen to rock.

Because Devon listens to EDM, Harley does not, which, by clue 6, means that Sasha does not either. Harley and Sasha both listen to rock.
Now clues 2 and 4 come back into play. Since all rock listeners except for Morgan have names ending with a vowel, we can conclude that Avery must listen to rock (Avery is the only person in the second column whose name ends with a vowel), and Sydney must listen to rock (Sydney is the only person in the fourth column whose name ends with a vowel). Now, we know from earlier that all rock listeners have either 1 or 4 tickets. Sydney must have 4, because Addison is in the same row and already has 1 ticket. Harley must have 1, because Blaise and Devon are in the same column and row, respectively, and already have 4 tickets. Avery must have 1, because Cam is in the same column and has 4 tickets.
Since Avery and Sydney listen to rock, Scout must listen to jazz. Since Harley has 1 ticket, Dylan has 5. Similar conclusions can then be drawn in other places. (Scout must have 2 tickets, because per clue 5, all jazz concert-goers must have 3 or fewer tickets, so Scout has 1, 2, or 3 tickets. One and three are already in that column, so Scout must have 2.)
Also, because Reagan has 3 tickets, by clue 3, Reagan cannot be going to a rock, metal, or EDM concert. Because pop and jazz are the only other genres, and pop is already in that row, Reagan must be going to a jazz concert, which means Nickie is going to a metal concert, Kendall is going to a jazz concert, etc.
Emery must be going to an EDM concert, so Dylan is going to a metal concert, so Rian is going to an EDM concert, so the puzzle is solved.
